My poems, which often use imagery from the natural world to reveal the inner world where we all really live, have appeared in multiple journals and in my new chapbook "What Hummingbirds Do" (Semi-finalist, New Women’s Voices. (Pre-order available from Finishing Line Press, Georgetown, KY) and "Tea Leaves" ( winner of the NC Writers Network Harperprints award). Recent work has won awards from the Oregon Poetry Association and the Calyx Press Lois Cranston Prize.
